International: 14–24 business days

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Page or contact us to start the process.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Tracking & Order Issues

Q: I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
A: Tracking information is uploaded as soon as it's available. If you haven’t received yours within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Q: My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
A: Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered prematurely. Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us.
